Srinagar:Â A youth injured in Srigufwara gunfight between the government forces and militants on Friday succumbed to injuries at SKIMS in Srinagar.
The slain youth has been identified as Shahid Nazir Hajam, 19, a resident of Sirhama village of Islamabad.
He was injured during the encounter at Srigufwara on June 22.
Hajam was admitted in SKIMS ICU and has succumbed to his injuries today.
On Friday, four militants, civilian and a policeman were killed during an encounter and several others sustained injuries.
