Kulgam: A gunfight brokeout between militants and government forces in Czeddar Motelhama are of Kulgam district Sunday afternoon.
Local sources said that 3-4 militants are believed to be trapped in the encounter.
Earlier, a Joint team of army’s 1 RR, CRPF, and Special Operation Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a joint search operation after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
During the search operation the forces were able to make a contact with the hiding militants resulting in a gunfight.
