Hajin: Government forces on Tuesday morning launched a massive crackdown in Hajin town of northern Kashmir’s Bandipora district, hours after militants appeared in a local mosque.

Locals said that late Monday evening a few militants had challenged the forces to arrest them after appearing in a pocal mosque.

The whole town including its entry and exit points have been sealed with massive deployment of Army, CRPF, SOG and Jammu and Kashmir Police. Locals said that the forces are conducting door to door searches.

The mobile internet has also been suspended in the area.
