Srinagar: Director National Health Mission (NHM) Dr Yashpal and former Director NHM Dr. Mohan Singh had a scuffle on Wednesday at Srinagar office situated at Chanepara area during which both the officers attacked each other.
Later the officers reached civil secretariat to sort out the issue, sources in said.
They said that Dr. Mohan Singh had come with a court order to the Director’s Office, where both the officials had a heated arguments and scuffle.(Agencies)
