Poonch: Dead body of a 60-year-old woman was recovered from a nallah in Surankote area of Poonch district on Friday morning.
Reports said that the woman namely Kaisra Bhi wife of late Imam Din of Kllar, Katla, Surankote was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Dhunak area of the border district.
A police team immediately reached the spot and recovered the body for legal medico formalities.
Station House Officer (SHO), Surankote Mohammad Anzar Mir while confirming the incident to GNS said that they have registered a case under 174 CrPc and started further inquest proceedings in this regard.(Agencies)
