Srinagar: Government forces on Friday launched cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in a Makhama village in Magam locality of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Reports said that CASO was launched in Lawaypora area of Bunmakhama village of Magam.
They said forces deployed in strength in the area have started house-to-house searches.
Police officials told Kashmir Reader that CASO had been launched after input about the presence of militants the village.
