Srinagar, Jul 13: Sh.Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, MLA Ganderbal, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan today.
Sh. Jabbar informed Governor about the problems relating to the implementation of certain major development projects in Ganderbal district, particularly the non commencement of work to implement the New Ganderbal HE Power Project; function of the new Unani College and shifting of Central University Kashmir from Srinagar to Ganderbal.
Governor observed that Sh. Sheikh’s concerns would be urgently looked into and urged him to continue his efforts for promoting a peaceful environment in his area
