Srinagar, Jul 17 : Expressing solidarity with IAS Topper Shah Faesal, All India Congress Committee President Rahul Gandhi in a letter praised him (Faesal) for courageously highlighting the issues that plague India.
In a letter Rahul Gandhi also mentioned that it is extremely troubling that the Government has singled you (Faesal) out for voicing opinion, which exhibits an insecurity that is unbecoming of any government.
