Amritsar (Punjab): The Border Security Force (BSF) 73 Battalion fired and killed an alleged Pakistani infiltrator, who was trying to cross over into the Indian side of the border in Punjab.
The incident took place last night in Amritsar’s Ajnala. The forces are further investigating the matter.
In March, a Pakistani national was shot dead by the BSF near the India-Pakistan border in Gurdaspur sector of Punjab.
The man had crossed the border fence to enter into the Indian territory. (Agencies)
