Srinagar: A Labourer from Rajouri who was seriously injured in road mishap on Friday evening on Srinagar-Jammu highway at Lethpora area of Awantipora in Pulwama district succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, police said.
One labourer identified as Murtaza Ali son of Aalam Din, resident of Budhal Rajouri was injured when an Alto car bearing registration number JKOIAF-4644 hit and injured him seriously at Lethpora.
The injured was shifted to SDH Pampore, later he was referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar in seriously condition where he succumbed, SHO Awantipora Nazir Ahmad told local media.
A case stands registered in this regard, police said.
