Lucknow, Aug 10 : President Ram Nath Kovind reached here on Friday morning to inaugurate the first One District, One Product(ODOP) summit.
The special IAF aircraft reached Lucknow airport at around 0930 hrs where Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, along with other dignitaries, welcomed the President.
From the airport, Mr Kovind went to the Rajbhawan for a short break and will reach the Indira Gandhi Prathisthan at around 1130 hrs to inaugurate the three-day summit.
UP is the first state to hold such a summit in the country.
The President would be returning to New Delhi late this afternoon.
