Srinagar: The Srinagar district court on Saturday remanded journalist Asif Sultan to central jail Srinagar in judicial custody till 22 September.
Asif Sultan was arrested by Jammu and Kashmir police last month from his home in Batamaloo.
Sultan’s arrest has been widely condemned by international, national and local journalist organizations including ICJ, RSF, IFJ and other organizations.
