New Delhi 20 Sep : Supreme Court on Thursday said that Dilbagh Singh can continue as the acting DGP of Jammu And Kashmir till the Union Public Service Commission submits its reply within five weeks with respect to the names of senior police officers for regular appointment of DGP in the state. PTI
