Srinagar: Dead body of a 45-year-old tailor who was abducted from his home by unknown gunmen in north Kashmir’s Sopore village on late Saturday night has been recovered from Latishart village, police said.

Reports said that masked gunmen barged inside the house of Mushtaq Ahmad Mir son of Gulam Rasool Mir at Harwan, Sopore late last night and abducted him.

His dead body was recovered in the wee hours today. Police is investigating the case.
