In reference to this office advertisement Notice No: 04 SKIMS-MC of 2017 issued under endorsement No: SKIMS- MC/Adm/2017/3116-25 dated: 12.07.2017 with respect to recruitment of class-IV posts under different categories, the shortlisted candidates for documents verification on the basis of their merit acquired in 10th or 12th Examination has been finalized. It may be noted that the candidates figuring in the enclosed .u r at jk up date s.Annexure would not have any claim to his/her including in the final selection list simply on the ground of figuring in the provisional shortlist.
The candidates figuring in the list are required to appear in person for document verification committee in the office of Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, Bemina, Srinagar within a period of seven days positively with the following documents:
Copy of online application form receipt.
Date of birth certificate
Marks sheet of 10th and 12th Examination.
Reservation category certificate, if applicable
Permanent Resident Certificate
Now, therefore, documentation verification is hereby notified/published for information of shortlisted candidates as Annexure “A” to this notification to do the needful within a period of seven days positively, failing which the candidate shall have no claim for being short-listed in final list.
