Srinagar, Oct 27: Chairman Hurriyat Conference (M) and chief patron Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has expressed grief over the incidents of fire at Chattabal and Chanapora areas of Srinagar in which half a dozen residential houses and shops were gutted and properties worth crores destroyed.
Mirwaiz expressed solidarity with the affected families and appealed charitable trusts and affluent people to help the affected families before the arrival of harsh winter, a statement issued to KPS said.
