Srinagar: A soldier was injured in a mine blast during repairing of fence near own Post in Balakote sector along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu on Friday.

Official sources told GNS that at about 1030 hours, sepoy Raju of 51 engineering wing was injured in the mine blast at Tarkundi area in the sector.

The injured after initial treatment was referred to GH Rajouri for advanced treatment, they added. (GNS)
