Srinagar: Advisor to Governor B B Vyas on Wednesday morning tendered his resignation to Governor Satya Pal Malik following his appointment as Member Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Vyas confirmed to a news agency that he has tendered his resignation to Governor Satya Pal Malik and is proceeding to Delhi to take up his new assignment.
