Mumbai, Dec 13 The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday added another gain of 161.39 points to 35,940.46 as renewed buying was seen in Captialgoods, Consumer durable, Oil& Gas and Bankex stocks.
The Nifty of National Stock Exchang (NSE) too gained by 37.90 points to 10,775.50.
The sensex registered intra day high and low at 36,047.99 and 35,918.67 points.
The Nifty recorded intra day high and low at 10,816.55 and 10,773.05.
The gainers were SBIN by 1.70 pc to Rs 290.10, Tata motors by 1.59 pc to Rs 166.50, Tata motors Dvr 1.56 pc to Rs 91.00, Kotak Bank by
1251.50, Indusind Bank by 1.19 pc to Rs 1601.55.
The loser were Sun pharma by 1.51 pc tp 424.80, TCS by 1.44 pc to
Rs 1989.60, Coal India by 1.30 pc to Rs 242.88, NTPC by 0.88 pc to
Rs 371.10 and Power grid by 0.57 pc to Rs 140.oo
