Sopore, Jan 06 : Government forces launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore Zaloora village this evening.
Reports said that forces jointly by Army’s 22 RR, SOG Sopore, 179 CRPF, 92 BN ,launched a cordon-and-search operation in Lone Mohalla area of Zaloora this evening.
Locals said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has started in the area.
Officials sources told KNO that CASO was launched after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.(KNO)
