Three people went missing after an avalanche struck Aru Pahalgam in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday. However, one among the trio was rescued.

Deputy Commissioner Anantnag told Greater Kashmir that one among the three was rescued while as the operation continues to trace two others.
An official said that the rescue teams and machinery were swiftly pressed into service to rescue the missing persons.
