Srinagar, Feb 07 : Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Baramulla district president Irshad Rasool Kar Thursday quit from the basic membership of the party.
Kar confirmed to Kashmir News Service (KNS) that he has left the party because of some reasons which he refused to reveal.
“I have sent the resignation letter to the party president. From now onwards I won’t be having any association with the party,” he said.
Kar belongs to influential political family of north Kashmir. He is the son of veteran Congress leader of his days late Ghulam Rasool Kar. (KNS)
