Srinagar, Mar 22 : EX-MLA and senior leader of Peoples Conference Bashir Dar and Publicity Secretary Kupwara Riyaz Ahmad Mir expressed resentment over a meager payment to contractors.
In a statement issued to KPS, both the leaders said it is unacceptable that only 15% payment to be released to contractors.
They demanded that 100% pending payment should be released to contractors.
