Lucknow, Mar 5 (UNI) Trying to make itself as the party-in-waiting to form a government after the 2022 Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the Samajwadi Party is treading cautiously to posture itself as the most suitable option for minority voters.

SP fondly hopes that as the 2022 polls approach, the political situation in UP would mirror Delhi, where the Congress sacrificed it’s electoral interests, to prevent the BJP from coming to power.
