New Delhi, Mar 5 UNI: A person was detained by the police while entering Parliament premises with three live rounds, the police said.
He was later released after questioning and verification and he had told that he had mistakenly carried the cartridges in his purse and it was also found that he had an arms licence.
He was identified as Akhtar from Ghaziabad and who was entering Parliament through gate number 8 and was detected with the cartridges by Security personnel and not allowed inside and handed over to local police.
