Jammu, Mar 11: Police on Wednesday arrested one person for raping a minor girl in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

SSP Kathua Dr Shailendra Mishra told reporters, “one Rattan Dev, resident of Bihar, who went absconding after gruesome Rape with a 3.5 year old minor girl has been arrested.”

He said that a manhunt was launched and accused was arrested from a location near Maggar Khad.
