Uri, 9 (Baramulla) Mar 12 (KNS): Father of four children was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Zehanpora village of Boniyar in border town Uri on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Shabir Khan s/o Mohammad Yousuf Khan of Zehanpora Boniyar Baramulla who was found dead at his residential house.
As per initial reports, the cause of death is said to be due to consumption of some poisonous substance.
According to KNS correspondent it was not known immediately whether he has himself consumed the poisonous substance or he was administered the poison by someone. However police has taken the body into custody for medico-legal formalities and started further investigations under relevant sections of law. (KNS)
