Kulgam, Mar 12, Special Security Advisor to Home, Government of India K Vijay Kumar who is in Valley, visited South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday.
He was accompanied by Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar.
Sources told Kashmir News Trust that Kumar met senior police officers in the district. Besides, he interacted with District Development Commissioner Kulgam.
Sources added that before meeting DDC KUlgam, Kumar met officers from Central Reserve Police Force deputed in the district.
Yesterday, Kumar had visited three Southern parts including Shopian, Pulwama and Awantipora.
Sources said that Kumar also presided a meeting that was attended by police and CRPF officers. Sources informed that this meeting was called to cement relationship between forces and police.
