Jammu, Mar 15 : Top Administrative officer Baseer Khan was on Sunday appointed as the fourth Advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu.

“Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Khan has been appointed the Advisor”, a government order read.
