Srinagar, Mar 15 :Security forces arrested an Over Ground Worker (OGW) of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway in south Kashmir district of Kulgam, official sources said on Sunday.
They said security forces on a tip off about movement of militants established a naka at Malpora in Kulgam on the highway.
The OGW of LeT identified as Parvez Ahmad Matoo, a resident of Khudwani, was arrested after Rs 3.70 lakh were recovered from his possession in an overnight operation.
He was later taken to police station for further questioning, they added.
On Saturday, security forces arrested two OGWs during a naka checking at Kralgund in Handwara in the frontier district of Kupwara.
