Handwara, May 4, KNT: Casualties are feared after militants attacked a patrolling party in Wangam area of Qaziabad here in Handwara town.
Reports said that militants fired upon troopers of 92 Battalion. The troopers also retaliated leading to a brief shoot out.
Spokesperson CRPF Pankaj Singh told KNT that a ‘Fidayeen’ has also been killed in retaliation. He said that a couple of troopers have sustained injures and casualties are feared. (KNT)
