Budgam, May 5: Two persons were slipped to death in Khag forest area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.
Police sources told KNT that two persons had gone to Gogaldara Forest area of Khag to collect eatable herbs. They both slipped from a ridge and fall down into a gorge.
The bodies have been recovered after police launched an operation.
Police sources identified the deceased as Mushtaq Ahmed Wani son of Ghulam Hasan and Abdul Rashid Shah son of Ghulam Ahmed, both residents of Nagabal, Khag.
A case in this regard has been registered at police station Khag. (KNT)
