Srinagar, Jun 5: ‘Extensive’ search operations entered eighth day as forces continue to comb villages of Mendhar area in frontier Poonch district.
The searches are being jointly conducted by Army and Police in many villages of the district.
Senior Superintendent of Police Poonch, Ramesh Angral told GNS that “the extensive operations are being conducted on inputs of presence of militants in the areas.” (GNS)
