Srinagar, July 8 : Two civilians were injured in cross border shelling in Tangdar sector of north Kashmirโ€™s Kupwara district on Wednesday.

An official told KD that Pakistan initiated an Unprovoked Ceasefire Violation (CFV) along the LoC in Tangdhar Sector, Kupwara, North #Kashmir on 08 Jul 2020 in the afternoon hours by firing Mortars and other weapons. Befitting response is being given.

He said two civilians were injured in the cross border shelling.

Locals reports said both were rushed to nearby hospital for treatment and are said to be stable.
