Pulwama, Aug 19: A 40-year-old woman died of electrocution after she suffered an electric shock at her home in South Kashmir.

The incident occurred at Lethpora area of Pulwama.

Police sources told KNT that Naseema Jan wife of Firdous Ahmed Bhat suffered burnt injuries after receiving shock from an electric heater. She was rushed to Sub-District Hospital Pampore, where doctors declared her dead.

โ€œThe incident has been recorded as a case of accidental death,โ€ said a police official. (KNT)
