Uri, Sept 11 A 35-year old woman died due to electrocution in this border town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday morning.

Reports reaching to to GNS said that woman identified as Khalida Begum wife of Mohd Ashraf Sheikh resident of main town Uri.

The woman received an electric shock after she came in contact with a live electric wire as some construction work is going on at her home, reports added.

A health official told GNS she was immediately shifted to sub- district hospital (SDH) Uri where doctors declared her brought dead.(GNS)
