Srinagar, Sep 29 : A fierce gunfight is underway between militants and security forces in Marahama area of Sangam in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday.
A senior police officer told GNS that after militants attacked a party of army’s 03RR in Marahama, the fleeing militants were intercepted by the joint team of police and army nearby, triggering off an Gunfight.
Till this reports was being filed, intermittent firing was going on.(GNS)
