Srinagar, Nov 07,: Infamous government gunman Papa Kishtwari who died of cardiac arrest on Thursday was laid to rest at his native village Ajas in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday evening.

Sources told news agency KDC that Ghulam Mohammad Lone alias Papa Kishtwari was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard here in Matipora area of Ajas in Bandipora.

“Dozens of people including his Son participated in his last rites on Friday evening in Matipora Ajas,” sources added.

Meanwhile, as per locals the Papa Kishtwari is survived by a Daughter and Son.

Pertinently, Kishtwari died on Thursday afternoon after he suffered a massive cardiac arrest in Police hospital Srinagar.

He was also accused of murdering many civilians including a contractor Ali Mohammad Mir of Brain Nishat. (KDC)
