Srinagar, Dec 26 : The Crime Branch Kashmir on Saturday filed chargesheet against four persons in connection with a case registered for impersonation and cheating in 2009.
An official of the Crime Branch told GNS that the challan in case (FIR No. 19/2009) under section 419,420,468,471,120-B RPC before the Court of Judge Small Causes Srinagar against four accused persons— Farooq Ahmad Mohand of Tral, Waheeda Shah of Shahi Hamdan Colony HMT, Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat of Amda Kadal Jogiwan Lalbazar and Avtar Krishan Pandita son of Badri Nath of Shopian, at present Barnai Jammu.
“Two accused persons were produced before the Court while section 512 CRPC was invoked against the two others,” the official added. (GNS)
