Srinagar (PR): 110 Battalion CRPF Lethpora today organized International Yoga Day in a befitting manner at its HQ Lethpora, Pulwama and at its sub units at Pampore area. Yoga Day session was inaugurated by Yogesh Purohit, Commandant 110 Battalion, in presence of, second in Commandant, Dy Commandant , other officers and men. All the officers participated in the Yoga session which was organised keeping in consideration all the Covid 19 protocols . Narrating the importance of Yoga in one’s life Commandant Purohit motivated all to imbibe yoga as routine of their life to have a better physical and mental Health and spiritual wellness..
