KUPWARA, AUGUST 02: In light of the communication received from officer commanding Beacon C/O 109 RCC Tikker Kupwara regarding black Topping of Chamkote-Sikh Bridge road, S.D.M Karnah, Dr Gulzar Ahmad Rather today appealed the general public of the Sub Division, not to ply their vehicles on said road and follow route diversion.
He said, at least 24 hours are required for plying of traffic after laying of bituminous mix.
