Srinagar Sep 21 (KNS): A team of nine members from central Kashmir’s Srinagar District created a record by reaching to a summit of a 4000 mtrs after a five and half hour climb.

The nine-member team completed a travel to Kousarnag lake which is situated in pir panjal range at a height of 4000 metres above sea level to the south of Shopian District with the distance of 35km to and from.

One of the member told Kashmir News Service that they started trek at 6:45 AM and reached Kousernag at 12:15 PM and added that return was started at 2:30 PM and reached Aharbal at 7:30 PM.

The team members include Jibran Nisar, Mujtahid Mushtaq, Tabeeb wani, Majid Misger, Akeel , Ikhlaaq Ahangar, Musa, Mushtaq Ahmad and
Najfee Haider.(KNS)
