Srinagar: The President of All J&K +2 PSC Lecturers’ Association, Mansoor Ahmad Khan in a statement has expressed his gratitude to the Union MoS (Independent Charge) in Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. Jatindra Sing, LG Administration and Chief Secretary of J&K for their efforts for establishing a separate bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) at Srinagar.
Mansoor said the establishment of separate bench at Srinagar will provide relief to thousands of employees in Kashmir, as their service related grievances will now be redressed at Srinagar, who otherwise had to travel long distance facing tremendous physical and financial hardships to get their service related grievances redressed. This is indeed a historic and employee friendly move.
Masnoor requested the Authorities at CAT to take all measures for speedy redressal of service related grievances of the UT employees in a time bound manner including the pensioner of the UT.
