Sopore, Dec 21: A CRPF vehicle hits and injures a mentally unsound man in Sopore area of north Kashmirโ€™s Baramulla district on Tuesday, official sources said.

They said that a CRPF vehicle hit and injured a mentally unsound man identified as 50-year old Abdul Majeed Najjar son of Mohi u Din Najjar, a resident of MET road Sopore at Amargrah Bypass in Sopore town.

A Police official while confirming the incident to Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) said the injured person is currently admitted in SDH Sopore and his condition is stated to be โ€˜stableโ€™, adding that police has taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is on. (KDC)
