ERA has started work on upgradation of the road from Jehangir Chowk to Magarmal Bagh crossing and the work is expected to take at least two weeks for completion.
Traffic moving from Jehangir Chowk towards Iqbal Park should take the diversion towards Maharaja Bazar via HSHS, said a spokesperson of Srinagar traffic police.
“Vehicles bound for Barzulla from Amarsingh college/Tulsibagh will be diverted via Solina-Rambagh road.”
People in general are requested to use the Jehangir chowk flyover to reach Rambagh/Barzulla, city traffic police said.
