Young ICAS officer Shakeel Maqbool Monday took over charge as Additional Commissioner State Taxes Department (enforcement and administration) Kashmir Division.
The outgoing senior JKAS officer Manzoor Ahmad Bhat was given farewell in the meeting room of Commissioner State Taxes ,Excise and Taxation Complex Solina.
Manzoor was felicitated for his brilliant services to the State Taxes Department and was presented a shawl by Commissioner Dr.Rashmi Singh.
Meanwhile, Shakeel Maqbool was welcomed with a bouquet by Commissioner State Taxes JKUT.
