A consignment of arms, narcotics and a suspected material, believed to be an IED, has been recovered by Army on the Line of Control in Rajouri district.

The recovery has been made from Lam forward Saryah area in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district.

Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Army deployed on LoC in Lam made this recovery during an operation in the forward area.

They said that the recovered items include arms (pistols), narcotics (Heroine like substance) and another suspicious material which is believed to be an Improvised Explosive Device (IED)—(KNO)
