Jammu and Kashmir Police detained two persons accused of alleged their involvement eveteasing in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.

The two eveteasers identified as Saif ul Ullah son of Shameem Khushu and Rakib Hafiz, both residents of Natipora were detained/bound down under relevant sections of CrPC, the police as per GNS said.

The vehicle used in the commission of offence has also been seized, the police said.

The police further said that some girls anonymously reported them passing lewd comments travelling in the vehicle on Bemina-Batamaloo road. (GNS)
