Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today reaffirmed his government’s commitment to addressing public grievances with empathy and urgency.

“We are duty-bound to address all genuine public grievances with empathy and urgency. A responsive, people-centric approach will remain at the core of our governance,” he said, reaffirming his administration’s focus on accountability and citizen welfare.

The J&K CM stressed the need for stronger feedback mechanisms and timely redressal of issues raised by citizens. He also directed officials to remain accessible and proactive, especially in rural and remote areas where administrative gaps often go unnoticed.
