Jammu and Kashmir witnessed light to moderate rainfall over the past 24 hours, with higher reaches receiving light snowfall. Pahalgam recorded 36.8 mm of rain, followed by Banihal at 34.3 mm. Gusty winds were observed in Baramulla (31 km/h), Jammu (54 km/h), and Kathua (64 km/h).
